At Xain Foods, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality Al-Nakhla Date Syrup. To maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards, please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Xain Foods does not offer cash refunds or credit returns on any completed orders.

2. No Exchange for Change of Mind

Please select your products carefully. We do not offer exchanges, returns, or replacements due to a "change of mind," flavor preference, or if the product is no longer wanted after the order has been placed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Exchange Only)

We only provide a replacement if the product you received is:

• Damaged during transit.

• Tampered with prior to delivery.

• Incorrect (different from what you ordered).

4. Exchange Requirements & Timeline

To qualify for a replacement bottle, you must satisfy the following conditions:

• 48-Hour Notification: You must report the issue to team@xainfoods.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.

• Documentation: You must provide clear photographs of the damaged product and the original shipping label (Consignment Note).

• Unused Condition: The product must be unused. We cannot exchange bottles if the safety seal has been further tampered with or if the syrup has been consumed.

5. Our Process

Upon receiving your claim, the Xain Foods team will verify the details. If approved, a replacement will be dispatched to your original shipping address at no extra cost to you.
