Shipping Policy Details

  • Order Booking: Every order is processed through our online portal. You will receive a tracking ID as soon as the courier picks up your package.

  • Inspection Rights: To ensure safety and compliance with national regulations, our courier partners (PostEx/Call Courier) reserve the right to inspect the contents of any shipment.

  • Damages & Claims: If your bottle arrives damaged, you must contact us at team@xainfoods.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide a photo of the damaged bottle and the shipping label.

  • Non-Perishable Product: Our date syrup is a shelf-stable product. It does not require refrigerated shipping and is packed to remain fresh during the delivery windows listed above.

  • Liability: While we aim for on-time delivery, Xain Foods is not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or courier-side logistics issues.
